I'm paying for it!

I work out with a trainer every Monday. It's not your average gym (not going into that, right now). We upped my work out with heavier weights and a few less reps, but oh god it's not a pretty sight. I feel fine during the day, but the last two nights have been restless ones. My legs are twitching and cramping and just uneasy feeling. Therefore resulting in little sleep for Laroo. I'm exhausted. I'm generally a sound sleeper with no wake- ups till the morning, so this is not sitting real well with me. I've stretched and have taken Advil before bed and it's not helping. I called my trainer today to update that we pushed something a little to much. She likes to know where I'm at when things such as this happen. Hopefully things will subside tonight. I feel like a zombie.
I planned to go workout on my own today, but that's not going to fly.

Maybe iffen you played Carnival with Hubby it would help your workouts. Just a thought.

I have leg issues like that, too. I just hate them. . . always been with me even as a wee laddy. Advil seems to help.

go back to less weight, for a longer period of time. Your muscles are not ready for the heavier weight.

Bob- Carnival? Sex are you refering to? I have a hard time with your names for things. :)

Gray-Thanks Hun. It is Friday morning while I'm writing this an I took a Tylenol PM last night and I slept like a baby. Yay!

Richard- I have been on the same regiment for quite some time and just upped the weights a little. I guess it was still to much? My body is wacky anyway. It just bugs me because I want to push and can somewhat but I really pay fo it. How am I going to retain or build by not pushing myself a little. It's frustrating!

Carnival: You sit on hubby's face and he tries to guess your weight. Literally loads of fun.
