A faint vision

Horrible photo, but just trying to show the faint image is ready to be painted tomorrow. will not be what you think.

I use chalk instead of pencil when drawing an image on a dark surface. Then light touch of pencil over it so when the chalk brushes off there is still some sort of line to reference.

I know.....who cares!

NO, don't say "who cares?"! I care! I'm fascinated by the artistic process. I can sit and watch my son draw/create for hours.

I can't wait to see the end result of this piece.

ChiTown Girl- Sometimes when I write things, I'm like what the fuck did I say or tell that for?

I guess in this case for the chance that someone could use this little trick of the trade. I didn't know about it forever and always struggled with seeing a sketch or whatever drawing on top of a dark surface.

I will try to update the piece on the blog after I paint on it today at school. Probably post it tomorrow.
Thanks for your interest.

I too can wacth people in their creative process for hours. It's so cool.
